Sebastian Grebasch has been professionally involved with marketing and advertising in a digital environment for about a decade. In the course of his career, he has actively managed all varieties of online marketing. His previous professional stations include companies such as the Otto Group (discount24), Vattenfall Europe, Ebay Germany, Rocket Internet (eDarling) and Zalando. In addition, he has been working internationally as a freelance online and mobile marketing consultant since early 2009, and is a regularly invited speaker at international industry events. Gesa Schramme, trained event manager, has been focussing on the digital environment since 2009. She accumulated her extensive wealth of experience after her International Management in companies such as Enomora, myBrands and Zalando. She has most recently worked with Zalando for 4 years in the sector of Search Engine Advertising as an expert for technical issues, tooling and tracking. In addition, she was responsible for different country teams in her role of Team Lead. Experiences in affiliate, partner management, GDN, and Google Adwords, plus her professional activity as a freelance consultant for online marketing, put the finishing touches on her portfolio.
Cord Bolte has been working as a web and software developer for more than 10 years. In his capacity as a full-service provider, he operates all relevant areas: from conceptualisation, design, usability, front-end and back-end development to the hosting and continuous operation of the projects. He specialises in developing customised content-management and CRM systems, and comprehensive business solutions. His clients include companies such as Rocket Internet, Zalando, Geometry Global, ConversionLift, various digital agencies, and many other small and medium-sized businesses. At Placemind, he is responsible for IT, tool development, and corporate identity.
Simone Sobotka already specialised in online marketing during her professional training. At the "constructiv" agency, she gathered and enhanced her experiences with SEO, SEM, Online Reputation Management, and Display, while simultaneously completing a business degree. She then expanded her sphere of activity within Zalando's SEA department in her role as Team Lead for a variety of country teams. In addition to her function of a go-to contact for all internal and external partners, she planned important building blocks for the technical implementation of different marketing tools. She also works with a variety of customers from the tourism industry as a freelance consultant.
